Denizler Design & Consultancy is backed by Cem Cüneyt Uğur's in-depth experience in design (engineering), project coordination and implementation, gained through his work in Turkey and abroad since 1993.

In 2011 the company focused on the Kurdistan Regional Government of Northern Iraq and opened a branch office in Erbil. The company continues to serve design and construction works in the region.

The main approach of the company is a multidisciplinary capability to meet engineering services, and to establish a quality assurance system covering staff, equipment, software, engineering training and especially quality control. The quality control system is documented and accredited in accordance with the requirements of the international ISO 9001 standard; the company holds the TS EN ISO 9001:2008 certificate.
